The iPhone 4S was the first iPhone to have Siri. On October 4, 2011, Apple unveiled the iPhone 4S. The day after the presentation, Apple founder Steve Jobs died. The S in the name stood for "Siri" as it was an exclusive feature for this iPhone when it came out.
